SPRING 2021 COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Customers!

We are so excited to announce in-store shopping! We’ve been waiting in anticipation to have all of you and your furry friends back in the store. As of Saturday March 13th we will be open from 9 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday. Sundays will still be 10am to 6pm. We are asking a limited amount of customers in the store. We are allowing 3 households in at a time, for ample space to  ensure your furry friends can come inside with you. We ask that masks be worn inside at all times. If you are unable to wear a mask for an extended period of time we offer curbside pick up and local Delivery, both can be coordinated over the phone and on our online store. 

Grooming is back open! Jessica is here 4-5 days a week please call the store (416)507-9968 ext. 2 to reach her office line and leave a message. She will respond as soon as she can. 

We are thrilled to have you back in the store and cannot wait to see you and those fur babies you’ve been caring for and recently adopted. Thank you all for helping make our lockdown a little more tolerable. Your fur babies, your attitude and your patronage have done wonders for the staff. We are so thankful.
