Refund policy

Food items may be returned for exchange or store credit if it does not meet your pet's desires within 7 days of the original purchase date.

We only offer exchanges or store credit on unopened/unused accessories accompanied with a receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date.

No refunds will be granted on any item!
