Assorted Rabbit Snails

Rabbit snails are beautiful, gentle giants of the freshwater aquarium world. A substrate mixture that is soft enough for the rabbit snails to burrow is ideal, and the substrate should be deep enough for it to be able to sift and scavenge for algae, decaying plant matter, biofilm, and waste through the day. 

Rabbit snails are some of the largest, most sought after freshwater aquarium snail species. Hybrid rabbits can grow to a range of sizes, have a beautiful range of shell textures and colours as well as foot patterns and colours. They are very unique and all have the potential to get very large with good care (up to 4.5") and live for many years.
