My cats LOVE these. They started a new tradition in our household: everytime we go to the vet, we bring a barnyard Animal back. They are remarkably sturdy (even the oldest one I own is still around), and they come in a great variety of models. It's always fun to find new ones. One negative note, though. I once bought one that had a very sturdy and thick piece of herb in there. it was long and hard enough that my cat could have punctured the inside of his mouth on it. SInce the toy is knitted, it wasn't hard to get the stick out, after that, the toy was OK. But I would recommend you "feel" the entire toy with your hands for any hard bit of herb and remove them before you let your cat play with the toy.
