Tetra Peruvian Blue

The Peruvian Blue Tetra is a spectacularly colored medium sized schooling fish found in quiet blackwater streams and flooded forest in the upper Rio Nanay in Peru. Relatively new to the hobby and only recently scientifically described, this tetra is deservedly very sought after in the hobby and remains an uncommon import.
